🎶 Sacramento Cultural Gala (February 4, 2023)
On February 4, 2023, Crossroads Band SF performed at the Cultural Gala organized by the Hungarian Association of the Sacramento Area. The vibrant event took place at 327 Main Street in Roseville, CA, welcoming guests of all ages to an evening filled with Hungarian culture, dance, music, poetry, and community spirit.
Alongside energetic folk dances by Eszterlánc Hungarian Folk Ensemble, heartfelt poems were recited by Ildikó Mónika Pataki, Beáta Váncza, and László Velinszky. Crossroads Band SF rounded out the gala with a selection of beloved Hungarian pop-rock classics, bringing nostalgia and joy to the audience. Attila and Bea also performed as dancers of Eszterlánc, adding another layer of enthusiasm and connection to the evening.
The evening concluded with a lively Hungarian folk-dance party (“táncház”), inviting everyone present to join in dance and celebration. It was a wonderful gathering celebrating Hungarian traditions through music, dance, and community.
