🎸 About Us
Crossroads Band is a cover band based in the San Francisco Bay Area, specializing in Hungarian pop-rock music from the 1980s and 1990s — with a special love for contemporary hits from the past decade.
Our repertoire includes not only high-energy pop and rock, but also intimate performances of sung poetry and reinterpretations of traditional Hungarian folk songs, reflecting both our roots and our desire to connect cultures.
🌟 Our Foundation
We are proud to operate under the Crossroads Music & Arts Foundation, a California-registered nonprofit (EIN: 33-4279984), officially incorporated on March 30, 2025.
Our mission is to promote musical and cultural enrichment by organizing concerts, educational programs, and community events for children and adults. We place a special emphasis on Hungarian traditions, while also celebrating other contemporary and traditional art forms. Our activities include:
- Music instruction (ukulele, guitar, sound tech)
- Cultural workshops and performances
- Folk and fusion concerts
- Quiz nights, parties, and full-day music-centered events
We are in the process of applying for 501(c)(3) federal tax-exempt status, and will update this page once the determination is confirmed.
