The third and largest Hawaii Diaspora Camp embraced an Olympic theme and featured ukulele workshops, a music quiz night, energetic dance instruction by Gergő Bolgovics, and a joyful outdoor táncház in Kapiʻolani Park to close the week with rhythm and celebration.
Second Hawaii Diaspora Camp
The second camp expanded on the musical and cultural experience with joint ukulele and dance sessions by Attila and Beáta, morning exercise, and a lively music quiz night. The week ended with a battery-powered Crossroads Band concert in Kapiʻolani Park and an impromptu Hungarian tourist audience!

The Crossroads Band gave a fully battery-powered concert in Honolulu’s Kapiʻolani Park, closing the camp week with music, dancing, and a surprise audience of Hungarian tourists.
First Hawaii Diaspora Camp
The first Hawaii Diaspora Camp brought together 23 children and their families for a four-day weekend of music, folk dance, and storytelling on the island of O‘ahu. Led by Ági Törteli and powered by a dedicated team, the camp featured ukulele lessons, campfire singing, and traditional Hungarian dance instruction.
